As The Goodies were sitting up their entrepreneurial enterprise, Tim Brooke-Taylor, Bill Oddie and Graham Garden defined their services as anything, anywhere, anytime. Despite being huge Goodies fans, I thought it would be helpful to be a bit more specific.

Inspired Lives offers a range of coaching and facilitation services for individuals and teams.

Coaching Support
We can provide specialist coaching and training in communication areas such as: eliminating powerless communication, building a sense of presence and inspiring confidence, negotiating conflict and building consensus, political awareness and emotional intelligence, managing difficult conversations, and overcoming anxiety and awkwardness.

Our other key areas of coaching expertise include: creativity and idea generation, team building and staff development, empowerment-based leadership (building commitment-based, rather than compliance-based, influence), and creative facilitation for workshops, planning days, and group offsite events.

Mentoring Services
While coaching and training support focuses on helping people develop specific skills and tackling specific areas of challenge, mentoring is an ongoing relationship that supports the development of an individual across the course of a particular season in their life.

Key to a successful mentoring relationship is developing a shared clarity regarding the individual’s aims and aspirations and the role the mentoring approach will help play in achieving those. 

Creative Facilitation
If you need a fresh, energetic approach to engaging your staff and stakeholders, we can help. Carl is a master at bringing people together and creating a shared sense of collaboration and possibility, even among audiences that walk in the room as strangers but tend to leave as collaborators.

Carl is experienced with world-café methodologies, scenario planning, dynamic role-plays, themed training days, creative offsite events, social collaboration, ice breakers that don’t suck, and creating interactive walk-through events and simulations.
