About Us
Inspired Lives exists to help others bring the best of themselves to their lives – where they work, live, and play.
As Yoda once said, “Luminous beings are we, not just this crude matter.”
At their best, humans shine – displaying phenomenal breakthroughs in creativity, skill, and ingenuity. And inspiring others to do the same.
Yet too few of us seem to live truly inspired lives. Work can feel like something that's endured rather than enjoyed, leaving us too exhausted to really grab the moment with our families and hobbies. And too many workplaces spend enormous amounts hiring the brightest lights, but then seem to have no idea how to switch them on.That’s where we come in.
Inspired Lives offers a range of coaching and facilitation services for individuals and teams. Our aim is to help people make their mark, and then inspire others to make theirs, by identifying where their passions, skill, and society’s needs overlap. We focus on helping develop these three areas with an emphasis on communication and emotional intelligence as the glue that keeps everything else together.
If your team isn’t hitting its stride, if individuals are struggling to perform, if tensions are starting to rise, or if things are going great on paper but something feels like it’s missing, we can help.
If you have a planning day or a team offsite coming up, and want to lift the energy and surprise people where the main challenge will be stopping the ideas flowing rather than staying awake, we can help. Your team will learn and laugh, they will be empowered and challenged, and they will be challenged and supported to decide, to create, to act, and to implement.
Built into everything we do is a core set of principles that embody some of the leading thinking about adult learning, business strategy, human development, dialogue, stewardship, and self-responsibility. And in everything we do, thereis always a healthy dose of entertainment.
That is the ‘Art of Work.' If that sounds like it might be useful, get in touch and let’s chat about how we can help you and your team to make their mark together.
Carl Billington
If you contract us you'll meet Carl, which is usually a memorable experience (not just because of the bright shirts and shoes).
